ooc: by initiative, the Werewolf got his bite in before Spellbound got her Reflection field up. But... I am going to take the Reflection field into consideration somewhat, and reduce damage due to Flashdance's grappling the Werewolf and pulling him back as Oldschool clocked him.
Spellbound will be bit, but thankfully not at full damage.

The Werewolf's angry jaws snap at Spellbound striking as her Reflection field starts to form. His fangs begin to dig in to the flesh of her right forearm but rake away as Flashdance hooks the creature's arms and yank him back.
=====
Flashdance has a partial hold on the Werewolf, enough to restrict its freedom of movement as he yanks the creature away from Spellbound. Oldschool punches the Werewolf in the face again, this time with enough force to take down a cinderblock wall. The creature merely roars again. Flashdance and the Werewolf disappear in a crackling burst of electricity. Then Flashdance reappears a few seconds later in a second ball of lightning [ooc: see below]
=====
[Spellbound took 10 points of Edged damage, and will take Feeble (1) damage every round until treated by First Aid or healed]
Smarting from a bleeding gash in her right forearm, the Werewolf managed to get a bite upon her before her Reflection field fully formed. Had the creature been any faster, he might have bitten her arm off. Thankfully Flashdance and Oldschool were quick enough to wrestle the creature back and strike him before he could tear into Spellbound.
Spellbound's Reflection field is fully erected, and swirls of silvery light dance around her. [ooc: powerstunt to Select powers faster failed, so she'll have Psionic Attack 2 rounds after this round. As a point of order, concievably Spellbound could maintain her Reflection field up indefinitely by Selecting a new power every round, effectively reseting the clock on the power switching time]
=====
Elixir steps forward and everyone sees his flesh become titanium again, as he points his hands at the Werewolf and furrows his brow, staring intently at the Werewolf. His attempt to cause abnormal biochemical reactions in the Werewolf failed. Elixir notices something strange about the Werewolf's biology, almost as if it were a simulation of biological functions rather than an actual physical biology to manipulate. The deeper he probed, the more almost holographic it seemed.
=====
The breeze in the lot outside Hank's Tavern kick up, and a visibly swirling vortex of air and dust surrounds Windchill, making a whistling sound like a gusting wind. Everyone sees Windchill standing at the center of a cyclone of air, dust, and loose skateboard ramp debris spinning around him at high speed. The noise barely dampens the cries of someone atop Hank's Tavern howling about a broken arm.
=====
The soothing female voice of Shockwave's helmet computer chimed....
[Warning: Dosimetrics of prolonged infrasonic exposure at amplified levels may cause lethal tissue damage in human targets]
Shockwave maintained his sonic stun attack focused in a tight beam on the Werewolf's head, increasing the output of the emitters to maximum. The Werewolf struggled against Flashdance's grasp upon him, then goes limp.
There is a noise like a moth burning in a bug zapper, and the Werewolf and Flashdance disappear in a ball of arcing electricity.
[soundsource: lupinoid target. CLASSIFIED. Counter-HYDRA agent file clearance required]
[attempting to connect to SHIELD database for clearance authentication]
[Error: network connection / modem communication failure. Hardware not installed or detected]
A few seconds later, Flashdance re-emerges from a second ball of lightning similar to one he disappeared in with the unconscious Werewolf.
=====
Flashdance had pulled the Werewolf away from the black girl that had burned it with plasma energy, saving her from serious injury from a bite even as Oldschool punched it with a mighty blow that nearly sent both the creature and himself flying. Flashdance sees the guy that the Werewolf attacked in the bar approach with a ripped shirt exposing metallic fesh underneath. He points his hands at the Werewolf and squints, but nothing seems to be happening. A rippling blue beam of energy from Shockwave's palm to the Werewolf's head increases in intensity and the Werewolf stops struggling against Flashdance's grip and goes limp.
In a disorienting flash of lightning, Flashdance finds himself atop a gurney, on top of the Werewolf's chest. The Werewolf is strapped to the gurney, with electrodes affixed to it which lead to a strange machine with blinking lights and glass globes of percolating liquids.
In gurneys next to the Werewolf are strapped a female figure with white hair and the Frankenstein's Monster from the battle at Hank's Tavern.
The Werewolf's features shift until he becomes a normal looking human with red hair. Through Flashdance's infravision, he makes out a figure standing next to the strange machine in a HYDRA agent uniform. The HYDRA agent says "Crap!" and flips a switch on the machine.
In a sudden flash of lightning, Flashdance re-appears back in the lot at Hank's Tavern.
The battle is over.
=====
Atop Hank's Tavern, the Flashing Blades punk that had his arm broken by Tommy Bifrost whimpers in agony.
Across the lot near 6th Street, six Flashing Blades thugs still lay unconscious, bleeding from their ears from Shockwave's previous stun blast.
Against the wall of Hank's Tavern, the Flashing Blades thug named Dopey rests unconscious, his head returned to normal size save for a strange cleft scar in his forehead.
On the ground in ripped boxer shorts lays the unconscious Flashing Blades thug known as Cutthroat, who had transformed into a dragonoid creature before Oldschool took him out.
In the middle of 7th Street atop the bashed-out garage door lays the disemboweled corpse of Brad Hawkins, the lead singer and guitarist of the band Snotch.
Inside Hank's Tavern laying in half-inch deep pools of water and melting ice mingled with blood and gore lay the corpses of four more bodies:
Cheryl Edwards, keyboardist of the band Snotch, dead from knife wounds Fred Gillis, drummer of the band Snotch, dead from being decapitated by a skull smashing blow Louis Wendell, bar patron, dead from his throat being ripped out David Princeton, bar patron, dead from a broken neck
The monster attack on Hank's Tavern left five innocents dead. The violent massacre would have been worse had the heroes not arrived to halt it.
In the distance, Oldschool hears the shriek of ambulances and police cars on the way to the scene.
Outside Hank's Tavern along 7th Street, 14 bar patrons stand around, dumbstruck by the insane events that just transpired in the bar. Nine of them are still shaking and knocking frost off of their clothing.
A Flashing Blades thug, the one in the bar that had hit the Werewolf with a lead pipe, knocking frost off himself as well, skates up and begins trying to rouse his fellow fallen gang members to no avail.
Shelly and Greta from the pizza restaurant run up to the heroes from the subway entrance across the street, both asking if the heroes are okay and marveling over the defeat of the Dragon-Beastie and the Werewolf.
Wounded:
Flashdance's Health is currently 105 of 150, from injuries sustained and bleeding 1 point for the last five rounds. He will continue to bleed 1 point per round until recieving medical attention.
Spellbound's Health is currently 46 of 56, and will bleed 1 point per round until recieving medical attention.

ooc: no need for initiative rolls now, we're wrapping up with role-play conversations now. Of course, any power-related healing of the wounded heroes or searches of Hank's Tavern will require FEAT rolls.

Debris from the remains of the skateboard ramp crash to the ground around Windchill as he collapses his air vortex.
They took out that Wolfman creature! Awesome!
Colin runs over to the other heroes, squinting at Elixir's titanium form and says, "Evan? Is that you?" He then turns to Spellbound and says "Kassandra, right? I'm in your Comparative Mythologies class at ESU."
Briefly tugging his mask down to reveal his face, he says to Elixir and Spellbound, "I'm Colin Sontag. We go to school together... I call myself Windchill when I dress like this..." he jokes.
Turning to Flashdance and Spellbound, Windchill says "I know a nurse that works late nights at the General Hospital that can patch up..."
Noticing the corpse of Brad Hawkins, lead singer and guitarist of his band, Windchill's happy-go-lucky tone turns to anguish.
"They killed him! Oh my God!"
