Try not to see it as our initiative are sucking big time this round, but rather we are being prudent as to handle a tough situation.
(Two big bad monsters, a bar full of civillians, and a hero who has not synced up with the team [Spellbound])
A low initative is not always bad, it gives you time to ponder on the best way to kick some butt.

Flashdance - you are correct. You have Teleport Others as a full fledged power, rather than a power stunt. It does take 3 rounds from zap to rematerialization at the destination.
And, it's a Remarkable rank power at touch range, losing -1CS in power rank per 10 feet between yourself and target, meaning you can potentially teleport away objects or people that are 50 feet away from you (basically within the same area) with Feeble rank.
That's pretty sick.... target someone 50 feet away and teleport them up to 2 miles in any direction possible.
For the "thug baseball" trick, you'd need to target some poor schmuck, teleport him up high enough for him to rematerialize and have falling time while you ready up the Louisville Slugger.
So bamf! goes the thug after your target, and two rounds later you'd want him to rematerialize at least 10 areas up so you can get under him with the bat in time to aim and whack him with the bat before he hits the ground. Takes around 5 rounds to do, minimum.
Sick. Hehehehehe. (not to mention, probably hell on Karma)
As for a powerstunt to make the teleport others lag time shorter, because it's such a serious alteration to the way the power is described I'd want to make it incremental... cut it to taking 2 rounds between zap and rematerialization, then another power stunt to make it one round / instantaneous.

Dreaghnouts Fuck yeah! I remember them being really powerfull. The New Warriors and Spidey had a real hard time fighting them. Then they had to fight an more powerfull versions of dreadnouts. I hope this doesnt happen to us, lol ;D !

Not to tip my hand too much but yes, Solo's side adventure is basically my Gang Wars spin on "Night of the Dreadnoughts" from the Advanced Judges Book. This is "Afternoon of the Dreadnoughts." And yes Solo will need help. From the other heroes. In Chapter Six

I guess that would pretty much confirm Mafia (Maggia) involvement, since if I recall right, they were the major user of dreadnoughts.
Of course, if Solo's battle spills out in the streets for us, we need to decide...do we help the nice killer robot, or the insane masked teleporting gunman that attacks cops and executes people in the streets?

It will be role-play intensive, that's for sure. One the one hand, killer robot(s) On the other, Spellbound has her mother's Tarot card divination of all five working together to recover the stolen book. But Tarot cards didn't say HOW they'd work together.... But yes, Dreadnought robots were built by AIM / HYDRA for the Maggia, particularly the Nefaria family, in the comics... ...and might prove useful as a source of spare parts for the armor-upgrading types....

The tarot cards belong to the kick junky darkforce creating chick who was obviously working with the psycho teleporting masked guy to rob the museum, and she probably executes people in her spare time too. So siding with the killer robots still sounds like the better route there.
Killing robots for spare parts...that might change things.

Too bad I don't have any way of knowing that Dansen Macabre is probably actually a bigger threat than Franky and Wolfman. Although I guess taking down the ones killing people vs taking down someone taking control of them is probably the right move. Hopefully Franky doesn't have anything like incredible body resistance, or this will get ugly for me quickly.
BTW -DS, I posted my attack right before you gave me the green light. (I looked up that the previous roll should be a success on changing actions.)
I think I'll have a yellow result no matter what the +CS are for my attack. (I'd need to shift from Typical to Monstrous to get to a red).
Areas will still be needed for damage calculation since it's 30 +2/area.

Yeah, we were posting at the same time earlier, Shockwave. I think you got the gist of what my correction was. You roll a Yellow FEAT (at your normal Agility rank) to change your action. The new action will be at -1CS. Basically you're turning a 3 area flight to get inside the bar into a 3 area Flight to hit Frankenstein's Monster with a flying charge. (for simplicity's sake I gave you getting in the bar , otherwise we have to retro-back crazy over the 90+ degree turning flight manuever FEATs with the possibility of charging into the side of Hank's Tavern rather than flying in the door... I'd rather monsters beat ya up than you beat yourself up... LOL) So, you roll the charge attack as normal, but the active Endurance FEAT to hit is at -1CS, damage is Endurance -1CS plus 2 x 3 areas traversed (6 points) Dansen Macabre is the more subtle threat... but you'll see.

I don't think Dead Sidekick is back until tomorrow, so you are fine. I don't think any of us have hardly posted in a couple days. Now that I'm back from visiting the Netherworld in Atlanta, I should be getting caught back up and posting by sometime tonight.
