Hilarious, I even snorted some of my pop backwards. I needed that (the laugh not to reverse pop-drinking).

Whether Flashdance does a dramatic entrance or falls on his face, it should give me enough time to make my escape from the crowd! Either way works for me. Stupid paparazi!

Hey everybody...
Can y'all give me a rough idea on how often you can post in game?
We're waiting on Solo's player, and he's not posted in 5 days (at this writing).
I can post just about every day. If I'm going to be missing more that 2 days, I'll let you know.
So, how fast can we go?

I pretty much check several times a day. I work online, so I'm always on the internet.

:-)
Flashdance aims to please; even if it is unintentional! My boss has told me I am allowed to post on game forums during work hours, and even use the company computer to do it so I can post as often as needed (one of the few fringe beni's of self employment!)

I've already went over my work schedule (with the commute there and back stretching my 12 hour shift into 14 hours), but I can post probably once every two days at a min. Obviously, there's no guarantees, but I'll try to commit to this frequency at the very least. When I'm not working and at home, I can post more frequently but matching up with everyone else isn't always possible! Perhaps we can move on without Solo. Being that he's in recon mode, he could easily be brought back into the story without affecting anything other than Shockwave going, "who the hell was that guy in the bushes?!?" My site, but your session DSk. Up to you.

Actually, I had a possible post written up charging him and declaring that the thief has a spy watching us... Needless to say, that made it really funny when DS mentioned heroes often first time they meet.

Alrighty then. Solo's on recon until he returns. Game on BTW, I'm not going to be around until Friday after tonight, so there will be a two-day gap from me after tonight. I'll start up the "inside the museum" stuff.

I'm, my friends, am an idiot. I broke two of my posting rules and now it has bit me on the arse. When I don't write out a post on notepad, I always copy the post before I 'post' it. Tonight, after spending a long, long time on a decent looking post did neither and when I hit' Post Reply', I was rewarded with the notification that I'm not allowed to post on the board. Basically, my 6 hour Log In expired and I was relegated back to guest after I started writing.
Frustrated. I will try to post later. Losing a post never sits well with me and always drains my Muse; especially after a rather lengthy one.
Argh

You'll get it back, and come back with something even better. The idea of having the Crimson Smiles gang tied into former Joker henchmen came out of such a "redo." Crazy details

Crimson Smiles association with the joker was a nice touch. Gives it more of a double meaning. I'm assuming that's the name of the gang from the module and not one of your own.

Crimson Smiles Gang is in the module. I just looked at it and immediately "Joker" came to mind Haven't decided if there will be more to it than that. I haven't even decided if Batman will show up, or if he does, when.... Robin (Dick Grayson) might, since the Teen Titans are based in NYC. I've also tied the missing book to collection of a "Cardinal Montesi" - those of you familiar with the occultic / vampire side of Marvel Comics will recognize that name. Hmmm. Blade, anyone? "After Midnight Sons" hehehe

I just figured Montesi was part of the module too. Been so long, since I've read the module (20 years?), everything seems new to me. That was a good fit too.
