PC Initiative Modifiers
Shockwave +1
Flashdance +0 (+2 when declared teleporting)
Oldschool +3
Solo +0 (+6 when declared teleporting if power is fully recharged)
=====
Round Two Initiative Sequence
Oldschool - chasing bus
Flashdance - teleporting to bus* (see below)
Police Officer #2 - drawing gun and yelling "Freeze! at Solo**
Felicia - struggling to escape BDK #4
Solo - shooting BDK # 5 at point blank range and moving to #7 roll Agility to attack, 16 Karma added to roll
Shockwave - stun attack BDK #4 roll Agility to attack, and Power FEAT to stay aloft
cop car fuel tank explodes
BDK #6 - forcing bus driver to drive into 5th Avenue traffic
BDK #4 - dragging Felicia away (if she doesn't escape and Shockwave's stun fails)
BDK #1 and #2 - attempting to board the moving bus
* - Because Flashdance's initiative is high enough, with a Yellow Agility FEAT he may change his declared action and try to stop Solo from killing BDK #5. If not changing action, roll Teleport FEAT as normal. If changing action, declare new action, roll the Agility FEAT, and the applicable action FEAT will be at -1CS. If the change action Agility FEAT fails, the teleport to the bus will go off but at -1CS. Basically, you can stay with the original action declared and make 1 roll, or declare a new action and make 2 rolls to see if it worked.
** - Police Officer #2 will enjoy full round aiming bonus at Solo's head next round

Agility: RM (Although I've taken weapon spec with these blasts, with his first "real" experience firing in combat, I don't think that modifier should be applied.)

ooc: ruh-roh. Shockwave's Weapon Specialist talent bonus still applies, but he missed anyway. And his Flight control FEAT failed. How high up is Shockwave? (I assumed 1 area / 25 feet, like before)

As Solo attempts to shoot the guy, he sees the Officer and yells,"We are on the same team officer, let me do my job and you do yours...", he says while aiming at the guy

Flashdance is just about to jump off after the bus, when that nagging, annoying, troublesome feeling hits the pit of his stomach... guilt. Looking back at at the gangster, he notices...
"Ah hell, he don't look barely more than a kid! Little B@stard probably does need a butt-whipp'n... but dying's something else. I'm saying this alot today... you better be worth saving"
With that, Flashdance rethinks his action. He yells at the armoured man -
"Yo - Armour boy! Ever been flashed by a grown man!?!?" And springs towards him while targetting him with a nice and harmless but (hopefully) totally disorientating Flash-blast (light emission):
Roll: Light Emission / RM [attack=637966522813259]

OOC: Tough break. Flashdance needed 2 rolls, a Yellow Agility FEAT to change his actions and a roll of the action itself. The change action attempt FAILED (with the 28 rolled above) so Flashdance got out "Yo Armor Boy..." before his previous stated teleport to the roof of the bus went off, which we still need a roll for, which will be at -1CS.
Don't worry, maybe Solo will only kneecap 'em. Yeah, right...

Felicia Bifrost grew up as a working mother in the rough side of town, and was savvy enough to have taken some Women's Self-Defense courses. She struggles against her assailant, attempting to free herself of him by raking her heel down his shin as she stomps on his foot, intending to flee to the Met if she can get away.
Spending 25 Karma.

ooc: I am making a correction to the PC Initiative Modifier chart I posted earlier, as I failed to account that Oldschool, Flashdance, and Solo each have Martial Arts E Talent. So, from now on, these are the modifiers that apply to initiative rolls:
Shockwave +1
Flashdance +1 (+3 when declared teleporting)
Oldschool +4
Solo +1 (+7 when declared teleporting if power is fully recharged)
I'm glad I caught this before not catching it would have made a significant difference.

Oldschool starts running on foot after the hijacked bus. He sees Flashdance appear on top of the bus, emerging from a brilliant strobe of light. He also sees two Broad Daylight Killaz gang members attempting to jump aboard the bus as it is moving. One of them slips and falls under the bus, his legs crushed by the back wheels. The second thug hops into the bus. There are now two armed and dangerous thugs on a bus full of innocent passengers speeding away. BDK #1 lays screaming in pain on the street.
=====
Just as Flashdance begins to teleport to the top of the hijacked transit bus, he notices that the camo-fatigued walking arsenal draws a machine pistol and points it directly at the hobbled gang member. He fails to abort his teleport and winds up talking to himself on top of the moving bus as the cop near the wounded yells "Freeze! Hands to the sky dirtbag!" at the bloodthirsty commando. [ooc: how well he's on the bus is dependent on the teleportation roll at -1CS. Fortunately the bus had not accelerated to 5 areas per round or it would be another -1CS. Flashdance must make this teleport FEAT before we continue to the next round. I'm going to rule that White is going to be a "barely on top of the bus but accidently drops baseball bat"]
=====
Felicia steels herself as her assailant tries to drag her into the darkness of the trees. She remembers a move from her Women's Self Defense courses and stomps his foot hard with her heel, and forces him to let go of her. Breaking free, she begins running towards the Met, screaming and waving her arms at the security cameras over the western entrance.
=====
The Heckler and Koch MP5K machine pistol is the preferred personal defense weapon of choice of the law enforcement and counter-terror security service units of over 40 countries. With a selectable burst fire rate of up to 900 rounds per minute at full auto, this highly compact and lightweight, easy-to-carry engine of death slings 10x22mm Smith and Wesson rounds at an impressive 1,230 feet per second from a 30 round capacity box magazine clip. And with a point blank range double-tap firing into the head of a human being, the MP5K is known for efficient closed casket funeral production in the close quarters combat profession. [ooc: With Solo's Guns Talent and point blank range bonuses, his Karma-adjusted roll of 65 on the Unearthly column handily sends the hobbled thug straight to the afterlife. 28 rounds remain in the MP5K machine pistol's clip. The New York City cop is definitely going to attempt to unload his pistol into Solo to take him out next round, and Solo's teleport power will not be operable for another two rounds. Smart money says Solo should attempt a Dodge and run for cover [movement halved to 2 area range] and pray for a good initiative roll and that the cop is a lousy shot]
=====
Seeing that Felicia has broken free of the thug accosting her, Shockwave attempts to stun him with a burst of sonic energy when he hears the soft female voice of his onboard computer say [Warning....] and lands face down hard with an embarassingly jarring whump as the sonic generator is overtaxed to keep him aloft in flight mode while using his sonic generators offensively. Looking up, apparently the stun blast against the thug was ineffective, but at least Felicia has freed herself.
=====
And then, the fuel tank of the burning police car explodes, sending up another fireball.
===== Just need that teleport roll from Flashdance to determine whether or not he dropped his bat while appearing on the moving bus, and we're set to declare actions / roll initiatives for the next round.

"WHHHOAA! OH CRAP!" yells Flashdance as he juggles with his bat, now starting to understand the difference between simulated battles and the realworld -

As Flashdance appears on top of the bus, it lurches forward, accelerating. Flashdance loses his balance, dropping his baseball bat as he catches himself. The bat clatters to the pavement behind the bus.

As Solo sends the Terrorist to hell, he roars,"WHILE SOLO LIVES TERROR DIES!!!", then runs towards the wounded people, and prepares to dodge the cops attack. He really doesnt want to hurt the cop, but he might not have a choise."Those who protect the wicked are also wicked, Law is fundementally corrupted", Solo thought to himself.
