Looks like my business trip for next week will be delayed. (Knowing I had a trip coming up was my main reason for rolling out of order on feats. Wanted to make sure I didn't hold things up when I'm out.) So looks like I will be able to post next week after all if we hit a point I need to.

I haven't forgotten my project to post up a GWT-campaign "historical timeline." I'm still tweaking the big 'ol bastard.
Just a head's up on the coming Chapter 8. It will be more roleplay than turn-order action based, but as a group coming together (with a headquarters, you'll see) I'd like the group to come up with a team name for itself, and it will also be a chance to follow up on loose leads including Shockwave doing something with his robot collection....
I feel kinda bad that Vendetta's on the sidelines all this time, but that will pick up with Chapter 8.

I'm hoping I can tonight. All depends on if my mother in law or sister in law will volunteer to babysit. They are both visiting for the weekend. I don't want to ask them, so it depends on someone offering.

I like the Renegade character and have a serious Stick angle in the GWT for him. By the time frame of Marvel stories I'm setting the game in, we're really close to the time Stick died in regular comics continuity.

Shop talk over on the CMF forum, I used Flashdance to answer a question about teleportation melee attacks...

In the current online campaign I'm running, one of the characters is a combat teleporter.
Here's a general idea of how I do it:
Whenever the character is teleporting, he adds an initiative bonus to his initiative roll that is equivalent to the initiative bonus (if any) as if his Teleportation rank were his Intuition rank, and this is added to initiative bonuses he may get from his raw Intution score, Talents (Martial Arts E, Weapon Specialist, etc.) and / or other powers involved (perhaps Lighting Speed / Hyperspeed).
For example, "Flashdance" in my game has an Intuition of Good (10) which imparts no inititative modifier, but has Martial Arts E which gives him an initiative modeifer of +1 in UNARMED COMBAT, He also has a Teleportation power rank of Remarkable (30) which gives him an initiative modifier of +2.
So, whenever Flashdance declares teleporting as his action that round, when he rolls initiative, he adds +2 to his inititative roll. Whenever he is teleporting to make an UNARMED ATTACK on an opponent, his initiative bonuses stack to +3.
2 attacks per round is a Remarkable intensity Fighting FEAT. Flashdance has Incredible Fighting, so he can make 2 attacks per round against a single target on a Green prerequistive Fighting FEAT check without Teleporting, and also while Teleporting.
Only one attack roll is made. Normally, additional attacks on a single target interpret the results of all attacks after the first at -1CS to see if they hit, or shift down to the next lower color result.
Attacking multiple targets on a single attack roll incurs a -4CS penalty (a sweep attack, usually someone picking up a lamp post and attemptiing to bash all adjacent opponents with one strike). This penalty also applies to a teleportation attack roll (teleportation removes the prerequisite that targets must be adjaceent).
All movement rates are halved when making an attack roll, so, a teleporter can make an attack with a single attack roll on any target he can see within half of his teleportation range, up to the number of targets equivalent to the number of attacks he can do with his unadjusted Fighting rank. This attack roll will suffer the normal -4CS penalty, BUT (and here's the fun part about teleporters) you add the Teleportation power rank number to the Fighting rank number here (Flashdance's Incredible 40 Fighting plus Remarkable 30 Teleportaion = 70 "Teleportation Fighting" rank, or Monstrous 70 rank, so the -4CS penalty is taken from Monstrous rank.) Flashdance can potentially hit one target twice without Teleporting (rolling on Incredible Fighting) or hit two seperate targets within half of his teleportion range (at Monstrous -4CS, or Excellent Fighting).on a single attack roll. (Recall that all attacks, regardless of the number of targets, is done with one dice roll, adjusted with modifiers as applicable)
If Flashdance had the Extra Attacks power (or powerstunted it from his Teleportation power, something he's presently working on), he'd add the rank number of the Extra Attacks power to his Fighting rank in determining the number of attacks he can pull off per round, and add this rank number to his combined Fighting and Teleportation rank numbers to determine the rank from which the -4CS modifier would shift.

Slightly related, Flashdance also has a sick powerstunt in which he can make a teleporting charging attack on a single opponent by teleporting up, catching the momentum of falling from a great height, and teleport to impart that impact momentum upon his target. Flashdance adds 30 rank points from Teleportation to his current Fighting rank + Talents to hit, causes normal damage plus 2 points damage for every area "fallen" through before arriving, up to fhe full range of Teleportation. His Leaping power saves him from taking damage himself from this attack.... if he doesn't miss....
