ooc: I gotta do the FEAT rolls and results of all the chaos in the pool hall with Renegade before the calvary shows up. Also, I need to know if the cavalry's plan is to teleport in the sting grenades before charging in with the metahumans. I figure there will be 2 rounds of Renegade in the pool hall fighting before the sting grenades / heroes show up, so the planning / execution is happening simultaneous, as it were. I'll have the turn result of the pool hall battle up later. - DSk

ooc: rather than break the flow of the mass battle result intepretation with all the dice roll results from hits, slams, stuns, and kills, I'm going to present it in story form, with minimal mechanics... this was possibly the largest mass combat round I've ever done outside a D&D game. It was SWEET! Enjoy...In a flurry of quick strikes and jabs with his quarterstaff, Stick makes short work of the thugs surrounding him while fighting Dansen Macabre. All four opponents drop into unconsciousness, struck each three times before their bodies slump to the floor. Some will require hospitalization. [ooc: Buzzcut #6, Batboy #1, Gutter Pirate #1, and Dansen Macabre are all knocked unconcious, the human thugs need medical attention. Stick is a bad mofo y'all]===== The cloaked figure that emerged from a ball of lightning in the back of the pool hall, lifts his hands and yells " The enemies of the Faces of Fear will learn terror! Kill them all!"The back half of the bar is swallowed in thick, inky Darkforce energy, concealing Shroud, the Werewolf, and four unlucky Buzzcut thugs. ===== As Stick drops Dansen Macabre, her unconcious frame slumps to the ground, disappearing in a ball of lightning which he leaps back from. In the confusion, a Gutter Pirate thug stabs Stick with a switchbladed knife. ===== The chain-wielding woman in black leather and fishnet stockings leaps upon a pool table, lunging at Paul as she says "I am Lady Anguish, and tonight you mutant killers will know pain!" Paul forms two escrima sticks of solid shadow, and easily evades the snap of the crazed dominatrix's chain as he leaps up on the pool table to face her. [ooc: Renegade will have a +1cs bonus vs. Lady Anguish next round, which will also temporarily boost his effective fighting rank to Amazing with escrima sticks next round against her (automatic 2 attacks, or may yellow FEAT for 3 attacks vs. Lady Anguish only)] ===== Ghastly screams of pain and animalistic roars emerge from the darkness in the back of the pool hall as the Werewolf By Night rips Buzzcuts #3 and #4 in half, killing them. ===== Gutter Pirate #4 fires a pistol at Buzzcut #8, but misses, the bullet richochets off a back wall. ===== Batboy #3 strikes Buzzcut #7 with a baseball bat, hitting him in the shoulder and causing him to stumble. Coming from behind, Buzzcut #8 attempts to hit Batboy #3 with a pool cue, but misses as he realizes he's come under gunfire. Buzzcut #7 strikes Batboy #3 with a pool cue in retaliation ===== The mutant Tommy Bifrost, still bound hand and foot, screams "Let me go!" A blast of yellow energy emerges from his eyes, missing the Frankenstein's Monster and obliterates the wall around the front entrance of the pool hall, sending debris flying into the street. ===== Buzzcut #9 charges LAdy Anguish with a pool cue, but Gutter Pirate #5 shoots him in the back, dropping him. Gutter Pirate #3 shoots at Buzzcut #7, but misses. Batboy #5 strikes the fallen Buzzcut #9 with a baseball bat, injuring him further. ===== Buzzcut #5 nails Stick with a pool cue as he reels from being stabbed. ===== Gunfire and the crash of furniture emerge from the darkness as Buzzcuts #1 and #2 blindly shoot and throw barstools in the direction of the Shroud. ===== The Frankenstein's Monster roars as he hefts up a pool table over his head and throws it, barely missing Renegade and Lady Anguish as it bowls over Buzzcuts #7 and #8 as well as Gutter Pirate #3 and Batboy #3, knocking all of them unconcious. ====== After action report (heh)

ooc: Renegade made the successful Yellow FEAT for 3 attacks on Lady Anguish this round. Go ahead and declare actions, and roll initiative. Is Renegade trying to disarm Lady Anguish, hit her for damage, or both (smite her in the wrists / hands to force her to drop the chain?)
Elixir, go ahead and roll FEAT to see how much Karma is needed (if any) to Red FEAT the new powerstunt to become silver.
Some organization on the way to the pool hall... everyone's got around two rounds of actions to coordinate their opening assault on the pool hall before arriving on scene (at the fastest, with Solo and Flashdance teleporting there this round and Shockwave flying to the scene this round) Don't forget the plan to teleport the deactivated Dreadnoughts and museum SUV somewhere, if you are still going to do that.
If Flashdance sends Solo's sting grenades ahead of the group they will take 3 rounds to arrive (send, travel, arrive) so technically, everyone can be on scene outside watching when the sting grenades hit inside, followed up by cleanup.
The sting grenades are nasty (nothing but the best for Solo). They explode sending .45 caliber rubber balls flying in all directions (effective range 1 area) as well as filling that area with tear gas.

Paul twirled his solidified fighting sticks with blinding speed as he circled the woman with the chain then just as fast he struck her lower arm with one baton.

I think teleporting stuff got bumped to second priority with word of the melee at the bar and Tommy as a prisoner. Now I think we are just hoping Angel Tower doesn't get more visitors.
My initial tactic is actually going to be a power stunt as well. I'm going to combine area attack with ultrasonic pulses. I'm going to see if I can disrupt any mind control like was done with Mr. Pride. After that I'll move on to normal stunning type attacks. Just to get the power stunt feasibility roll out of the way, I'll be spending the 100 karma + however much it takes to go red for a first time power stunt.

"This is the plan of operations?! Wait dont go just yet we have to discuss strate....", Solo says to Flashdance at the moment he tries to teleport.
Solo will try to teleport after Flashdance (if he succeeds in tporting), take cover if there is an attack and assess the situation, before taking actions.
