Spellbound looks at the bubble of Darkforce surrounding her, suppressing her initial irritation the someone had blocked her spell.
Probably thought I was some damn damsel in distress, men.
Given the commotion in the bar and the dragon thing in the street, the three heroes from her mother's vision trying to handle the situation, Spellbound decides the best course of action is to place her self in a position where she can help out with what is tearing up the bar or the dragon buster.
Since no one can see her Spellbound does not go through the motion of casting a spell as she channels the universal magical energies surrounding her into something offensive.

Dansen Macabre (largely invisible, inside Hank's Tavern) intermittently reappearing to do her "Dance of Hypnosis" to keep bar patrons hypnotized and in the bar with her so that the Werewolf by Night and Frankenstein's Monster can kill them.

Need FEAT rolls from everyone doing FEAT actions this round.
Initiative order is divided between those outside Hank's Tavern, and those entering the bar / already there.
Note: Before Shockwave flies into the bar, he will see Oldschool punch the Draco-Beastie and Dopey's head erupt with a disgusting spray [Soundsource: Flatulence?] hehehe. As Shockwave flies into the bar, he will see the bass guitarist of the band swinging his guitar at the Frankenstein Monster, with a Yellow Agility FEAT he can change declared action choose a target and try the shoulder block charge attack, but it will be at -1CS (two seperate rolls required, if action changed) Otherwise, Shockwave enters the bar on segment #3 and looks around, assessing the scene. Some of the bar patrons will flee, some continue dancing despite the carnage around them. He can not pre-empt any actions ahead of his initiative.
Flashdance rolled a natural '1" for initiative, by the book it can't be modified higher, even by teleportation, so, he just sees everything that happens outside before arriving inside the bar at the end of the turn, seeing nothing but people fleeing / fighting Halloween monsters...

Oldschool = 8 punching Draco-Beastie (Fighting FEAT to hit with pulled punch to Good strength)
Dopey = 5 brain explodes (ewwww)
draco-beastie = 3 escape / reverse Oldschool's hold (Strength FEAT at -2CS due to Olschool's partial hold)
