Solo's roll of 36 Dodging at Incredible rank subtracts -2CS from the cop's shot at him, negating his aiming and Guns talent bonus.
The cop. standing in a Weaver stance as Solo runs toward BDK #7 pulls the trigger, hoping to drop Solo before he shoots anyone else...

ooc: Green result! Cop needed Yellow to hit Solo in an unarmored part of his head.
The cop was aiming for Solo's head, specifically the parts of his head unprotected by his Kevlar molded half-mask (lower face, eyes, top of skull). His shot hits Solo in his (protected) forehead, the impact of the slug drops Solo to the ground, but he takes no damage.
Solo's going to have one helluva headache.

Pain again, but still alive. This was getting out of hand, but he must punish terror, before it continues to spread again, no matter what. He vowed that since his former teammates betrade him, and he denounces his citizenship.
Solo, will try to throw a flash grenade close to the cop, so he is temporarly blinded, but not hurt, and if he has still time check on the wounded civilians.

"Damn" - Flashdance thinks to himself - "It took me 2 hours to paint that bat just right. Hopefully I can get it back".
He quickly assesses the situation
"Hoo-kay... They need hostages alive to escape, and I don't think they know I'm up here. If I charge in there now, people might get hurt badly. On the other hand, this thing is speeding towards a whole lot of hurt 7 ways to sunday. What fancy plan would Paladin have for me?..."
"Well, Leroy 3:16 is telling me I better go kick some teeth in and stop this thing!"
With that, Flashdance is going to attempt to teleport close to the driver, yell "HIT THE BRAKES" and be ready to start swinging at anyone with a weapon in a bad costume. He is banking on his agility and clinging to give him better footing than the gang members if the driver does hit the breaks. Also, he knows this might throw passengers around, but with any luck is also throws around the gangmembers... and their weapons. Better thrown around than dead!

Because Shockwave's sonic stun is Remarkable intensity and BDK #4's Endurance is only Good (more than 1CS lower), technically it is an "impossible FEAT" for the hapless goon to even attempt to resist being stunned. And Shockwave rolled Red on his attack roll, but the stunner is designed to be non-lethal damage, so a Kill? result is merely a very damned good hit, although it can kill as the device still needs some of its technical bugs worked out ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) But the goon has to have something for his troubles, and so his Endurance rank is knocked down to Typical and he'll be at -2CS on all FEATs including tying his shoes until he heals back that Endurance rank. But BDK #4 won't know how knocked stupid he is until he wakes up in 20 plus [attack=614566114272955] ... for a total of 24 rounds. Dropped a thug out cold for nearly 2 and a half minutes. He's going to wake up vomitting with a concussion, definitely.

ooc: sorry about no map for round three, but we did well enough without one. Everyone rolling initiatives then their action rolls sped things up a bit. Except for when modifiers need to be accounted for, this will be okay. If you declare a Dodge always roll the Dodge so I know what modifiers I'm working with, if any. Speeding up is good, except for the lack of mapping (which is crucial for teleporters). Barring a continued rampage by Solo, this 4th round should be the end of combat. I'll have a map up later, Wednesday at the latest, which will include the now certain bus / cop car crash at 86th Street and 5th Avenue. Here's how round three went down....
Felicia breaks free of her assailant, and runs to the Museum, carrying Shockwave's bag. Security lets her in.
The four people that got off the bus before it was hijacked panic when Solo executes a thug in the middle of 86th Street and run for cover towards the reservoir north.
Solo strides over to another thug, already bleeding to death on the sidewalk from the driveby shooting, and takes aim at finishing him off, yelling "While Solo lives, TERROR DIES!" once more. The cop yelling at him to stop fires his handgun, dropping Solo with a grazing headshot that hit armor. Solo is spun by the impact and lands face down, otherwise uninjured save for the bruises he'll have from being shot in his armor 4 times in the last 20 seconds or so. Solo pops a flashbang grenade and prepares to roll over and throw it at the cop...
Oldschool scoops up Flashdance's baseball bat and leaps to join him atop of the bus. Flashdance teleports inside the bus, his sudden flash of light startles everyone on the bus. The bus driver, blinded, slams the brakes throwing everyone forward. Oldschool overshoots the bus as it suddenly slams on its brakes and swerves, as a police car heading north on 5th Avenue T-Bones the bus violently. Everyone on the bus, including Flashdance takes 10 points of damage from the impact of the cop car. And Flashdance should check for stun (roll Endurance) Oldschool lands just slightly east of the crash, in the intersection. The cops in the patrol car are saved by the safety airbags and seatbelts, but dazed.
Shockwave rises from the dirt and blasts the thug that tried to take Felicia hostage. He drops hard, nailed with a rather over-powered stun blast. Something Shockwave will likely have to upgrade later, an intensity selector for the sonic stunner function.
The display in Shockwave's helmet chimes:

From the shadows and almost as suddenly as he appeared on the sonar, another thug wearing BDK colors steps out and grabs Shockwave's arm, helping him up.
He lifts his orange stenciled BDK gang shirt, revealing an FBI badge. "Good work, hero. I'm Special Agent John Jones, a field detective with the FBI Organized Crime Unit. Don't blow my cover. Looks like I'm going to have to be arrested with these guys."
He zips Ty-cuffs on the thug that Shockwave high-speed tackled earlier, saying "This one is bleeding internally." He fishes a small plastic bag out of the thug's pocket containing a slightly phosphorescent glowing green powder. "Kick dealer. The other one is probably carrying as well." He hands two Ty-Cuffs to Shockwave.
"Kick," also known as "Mutie Crack" is an illegal drug derived from crude synthetic Kryptonite and a few other unknown sources that amplifies mutant powers and sometimes grants powers to normal humans for short periods of time. The effects are nearly always random, hallucinogenic, dangerous, highly addictive and long term use can cause irreversible psychosis. More expensive than the purest cocaine on the street, this new drug is becoming a problem in industrialized nations.
As undercover Detective Jones leans over the downed thug with his arms behind his back waiting to be cuffed, Shockwave notices the FBI agent's arm is bleeding from a gunshot wound.
[ooc: I totally forgot about BDK #8, mentioned in Shockwave's first soundsources post, LOL, so nice save here]
Alright gangbusters, roll init's and actions.
I already have Solo's init and his action roll for tossing his flashbang.
Flashdance needs to roll Endurance to check for Stun? from the bus crash, before init and action.

Shockwave looks at the restraint for a moment to see how it operates before placing it on the undercover detective.
"Are you alright with that wound? Medical help should be here soon. There is still gunfire, and someone just crashed something big, so I need to get moving again. There was another officer down, in a crash, and I want to make sure he's alright as well."
With this, Shockwave takes to the air again, heading in the direction of the cop car (now exploded), and the wounded people on the street, trying to look for bigger threats and emergencies from the air.

OOC: I don't think I'll be doing any actual FEATs this turn, so not making any FEAT rolls (unless cuffing the cop takes a roll.) Simple action + Move this round.

Oldschool turns around unsure of why the bus had braked so hard, but worried that it had something to do with seeing Flashdance through the window. It seemed like the bus had breaked before the collision.
While they weren't team mates, Oldschool liked Flashdance and Shockwave and was determined to not have them hurt unnecessarily. He ran to force his way onto the bus before anyone else could get hurt.
