Looks like I'll be adding grass stains and mud as well. Hopefully not Felicia's brain matter along with that. How high (in areas) did Shockwave fly up after nailing BDK #3? And is he going to cut loose with a full intensity stun blast?

I wasn't figuring on a lot of height, since I figured pulling up and not crashing would be enough work without pulling way up.
As far as intensity, I don't think he'd quite have the foresight to lower the intensity to keep from plummeting. (It's that book/lab knowledge vs practical field experience thing.)

At least Shockwave's body armor will save him from all but embarassment with a fall from that height. I think it will be fun to see how and if Oldschool and Shockwave might collaborate on improving the armor / seperating the Flight mode from the general sonic generation power. I want to thank you for the opportunity to delve into the building / repairing / upgrading rules. This has been a real treat for me to Judge. You all are practically running this show yourselves. This playtest of the dumbass gang members has already told me that the module's upcoming gang fights are too weak for this group... so... more gang members... And when word hits the upper echelon Maggia type gangsters, they'll be recruiting super-powered villain backup... ;D Karma galore, if Solo leaves anyone alive to interrogate LOL

I thought having major flaws in the armor to work with later sounded fun too. I envisioned the lab geek thinking everything is perfect with all of these functions...then in practice, some things really don't work quite as well and need to be tweaked. Same thing is true of his tactics as his equipment.

He does have a mullet in civilian life. BUT! When he is in costume he uses has it all stand straight up via massive amounts of "white rain" and streaks it red. It is 1 foot tall... which takes a lot of mullet to pull off. Hence the worst hair ever in civilian ID (it's curley in back giving him the "fluffy mullet"), then 1 foot tall and stinks of hairspray in costume, giving him the worst hair as a hero (and potentially a fire hazard with all of that hair spray...)

Please tell me he doesn't have Shatterstar braids in the back, LOL. BTW, Flashdance missed his "change action FEAT" so he wound up on top of the moving bus. I still need a teleport roll at -1CS to see if Flashdance arrived with enough balance to keep ahold of his baseball bat or if he dropped it catching himself from falling off the bus. Because he did at least try to change his actions to stop Solo's rampage, he's not going to lose much Karma for the death of BDK #5.

Man - I was just looking at some of those old "liefeld" comic art panels yesterday. Some of that stuff was pretty brutal! No braids. It is 100% redneck fluffy in back and feathered on top. If I had to give a visual, there is not better example of his mullet than this classic:
