Danger Sense - Remarkable (30):
Rin can detect danger that is going to affect him up to 30 seconds away. Also, this allows him to, in a combat situation, replace other, lower ranked Abilities. It automatically replaces Intuition for initiative / determining surprise, Fighting for blocking, Agility for dodging, and Strength for escaping.
Sleep Induction - Incredible (40):
Rin has the ability to put any target into a deep sleep, from which
he cannot awake while the Power is in effect. During this induced sleep, the target is completely helpless. Rin's power to induce sleep has a range of 11 areas, and affects everyone within range. (Psyche FEAT vs. Incredible intensity to resist) Sleep persists for 1 -10 hours after the Power's duration (40 rounds / 4 minutes). During that time, the victim can be awakened by anyone, but he'll wake up naturally in any case. As a potential stunning type attack that renders its affected targets asleep, anyone within 11 areas of Rin must succeed in a Psyche FEAT vs. the intensity of the Incredible Sleep Induction intensity. If this is an impossible FEAT, the target is put to sleep for 40 rounds (4 minutes) plus 1 - 10 hours.
Stealth - Remarkable (30):
When Rin uses Stealth, his Power rank is subtracted from the efforts of those attempting to detect him.
Telepathic Invisibility - Incredible (40):
Rin is actually visible, but is ignored and immediately forgotten by beings that would otherwise be capable of detecting his presence. He is immune to detection by the senses of others (Sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch). He can be mechanically detected and recorded; a video monitor or alarm that reveals Rin's presence will be ignored by anyone within range of Rin’s Power (11 areas) unless they succeed in a Psyche FEAT vs. Incredible intensity. Photographic film records the hero, but anyone looking at it while within range of the hero's Power will ignore the hero's image. Anyone outside this range can see Rin quite clearly. He can extend this invisibility to anyone in physical contact with him. If the hero loses physical touch with someone whom he was protecting in this way, that person is immediately susceptible to the Power's effect and forgets that the hero was ever there. Robots and cybernetic beings are unaffected by this Power. Simple physical contact from Rin can alert others of his presence.

HISTORY -
Sadly, to begin with, he was taken at a young age(5) from his family (whom he doesn't know exists) by a group, which he doesn't remember. Living in a cell that they provided, he only lived on scraps of food, water, and a very poorly made bed. He was soon constantly pushed to his little body and his still-developing mind's limit as began an extensive training program that would soon allow him to sneak around efficiently, while increasing his general physical and mental status. Or rather, that was the idea.
Soon after beginning the program, not even a month into it, Rin's emotions began to affect his performance as he cried and complained countless times. Worried that they've already progress, they couldn't risk starting anew, so they then began to inject drug shots that, after a while, made him an emotionless hollow. So, now having nothing holding him back, he continued with his training with no problems.
He was always treated less than dirt whenever the adults spoke to him or whenever he asked questions; there was no such room available during his training. Being shut off into his own world, he eventually curled up in a corner in his room every night, and fell asleep there. Soon, though, he began to receive more shots of something that was suppose to 'make him better' and increase his training potential. The effect it had on him was an enormus discovery, as it allowed him to put those next to him to sleep (to begin with) and allow him to make people forget his existence. Capitalizing on this enhancement, they completed his training quicker by two years. He finished. with his power almost to what it currently is, at eleven(11) years old.
He was soon sent on minor missions (later, major missions) that would allow him to use his powers while stealing valuable information from various companies, groups, and once, a military base. At least preforming a hundred missions, the group he worked for soon gained power with all of the information and strings they could pull. Even after gaining wealth, power, and reputation, they still continued to treat him like crap, now more than ever, and Rin continued to go more 'insane' in his loneliness.
Then, the voices came. Late one night, when he was fourteen, the voices started to talk to him when he was in his corner. They began to tell him what he already knew, things along the lines of 'No one likes you', and it slowly progressed into suggestions to escape the hands of these people, and live on his own. 'And in order to escape' the voices said to Rin, 'you use the powers that they gave you.' Now, normally you would think that the people who trained him would think he might try to escape, but believed that implementing fear and discipline would keep him in line.
So, he easily escaped from the clutches of the evil men, and ran far far away out of their reach. Though they began to search for him, they knew they couldn't find him in the city area they established their hideout in: New York, New York. So, they quickly gave up the search and left Rin to fend for himself.
Stealing food and water were easy for him, as he could sneak around and about, and sheltering under many of the world's boxes proved to be useful against the elements. So, Rin wandered the streets of New York. Lost, unhappy, and looking for a purpose in life, he wanders around aimlessly looking for something to do for a year, soon to be two.
PERSONALITY -
He rarely talks to others, and tries to keep to himself. He hates others 'bothering' him, and usually runs away from his problems. Driven to the point of insanity from always being alone, he believes 'voices' talk to him and usually acts on what those say.
