POWERS -
Computer Links - Glitch may communicate with and retrieve information from computer systems with Amazing (50) ability. Glitch must be able to access the computer in some way [through his Communication with Cybernetics power, usually] If attempting to break into a new computer, compare this Power rank with the Reason of the computer or mechanical being. This Power also allows the reprogramming of simple robots (but not Player Character robots under normal circumstances).
Communicate With Cybernetics - [Amazing] Glitch can directly communicate with complex machines, whether these are computers or machines not normally considered to have artificial intelligence. Any machine that possesses any kind of programming can be communicated with calculators, digital watches, microwave ovens, even music boxes. The higher the rank, the simpler the machine that can be spoken to. A green FEAT can communicate with a machine possessing several microchips; a computer is the most common example. A yellow FEAT communicates with devices possessing a single microchip, such as watches and talking dolls. A red FEAT communicates with machines that lack microchips but are still somehow programmed, like player pianos and hand-cranked adding machines. The nature and quality of the information received reflects the nature of the machine that is spoken to. Communication occurs without the hero needing to resort to programming languages and input devices such as punchcards and keyboards. When using the Power, Glitch transfers part of his intelligence and Psyche to the machine, thus allowing it to respond to him. Unfortunately, sharing his mind with machines on a regular basis leads Glitch to identify a little too closely with machines.
Note: When Glitch is using his Communicate with Cybernetics power, his eyes glow with what looks like television static.
Total Memory - [Remarkable] Glitch has the ability to remember anything that he has ever experienced. This could be a book he's read, the faces of everyone he saw on Tuesday, what birth was like, and so on. The accuracy of his recall is his Power rank number treated as a percentage. Feeble is 2%, Excellent is 20%, and so on to automatic accuracy at Unearthly rank or above. The color FEAT reflects the nature of the memory being sought. Green FEATs involve personal memories. Yellow FEATs involve learning experiences. Red FEATs involve unconsciously gained information, such as the faces of everyone the hero saw on Tuesday. The Power is the perfect complement for Hyper-Intelligence by providing a built-in library. It can be used to simulate that Power, Hyper-Invention, or Weapons Tinkering, provided Glitch once read texts that explained how to do things that come naturally to those with the other Powers. When Glitch claims to have read a special text, he is required to make a Reason FEAT to prove he has read something along the desired lines. Flashback is a real danger. If Glitch was ever a victim of a mental attack, there is a chance the memory will accidentally resurface at a later time and the effect returns anew. Such flashbacks occur when Glitch is somehow reminded of the original incident. Glitch must make a green Psyche FEAT to avoid reliving the full effects of that other Power. This is often the result of bad code or viral attacks he has encountered while communicating with cybernetics.

HISTORY -
The mutant known as Glitch is the youngest grandson of Hungarian dissidents that escaped the 1956 Soviet invasion of Hungary into the Carpathian Mountains in the northern border region of Latveria. From this time until the assumption of the Latverian throne by Victor Von Doom, the Janosfi family were involved in several cross-border guerilla skirmishes into Communist Hungary, sometimes with covert support from the Symkarian monarchy and the Roman Catholic Church. After Doom took over Latveria, the politically radicalized Janosfi family turned their attentions towards overthrowing Doom's "forced monarchy." Young Miklos Janosfi, who had demonstrated great mathematical aptitude as a child discovered his mutant ability to communicate with and reprogram computers and machines during an encounter with Latverian Guardian Robots sent by Doom to purge his resistance camp leaders hiding in the mountains of the southern Latveria / Symkaria / Hungary triple-border region following a short-lived coup in which Zorba Fortunov had regained the throne of Latveria and ruled as a despot. Although the Janosfi family and their fellow resistance fighters were not a part of Zorba's coup, they were caught up in the backlash Doom unleashed against political enemies once he re-established himself to the throne. Damage done to Latveria's automated security network was officially blamed upon Reed Richards' assistance to Zorba, which provided adequate cover for the damage Glitch had done getting his family's records purged to affect their escape to Symkaria and from there, dispersion into the world at large under assumed identities.
Miklos Janosfi continued his para-military and cyber-warfare training with various Symkarian intelligence and mercenary security services, often doing behind-the-scenes covert work for Silver Sable's Wild Pack even as Symkarian and Latverian relations improved.
PERSONALITY -
At first glance, the athletically built Latverian ex-patriate looks more like a rugged commando gone glam than a computer nerd, but that is probably his best description. His affinity for machines and computers is matched only by his cautious paranoia of them, as well as what can be done by those that control them.
Ultimately, he views both machines and people as tools in a greater world order - a world order he does not particularly like as an anarchist / mercenary and mutant. Although his skills are well-suited to electronic espionage and sabotage missions for the highest bidder, the survivalist in him is not above using his powers to quietly command an ATM to spit out cash or cause a guided missile to arm and detonate itself in an ammo depot, anything to force a healthy fear of reliance on machines by governments. Something of a quirky conspiracy theorist, and psychologically altered by many mergings of his mind with multimedia systems and computer networks, Glitch is often hyper and fidgety when he's not using his cyberpathic powers or focusing his concentration on a task.
Glitch is a incorrigible prankster, prone to getting involved in games of one-upmanship with other hackers in cyberspace.
He has an undying hatred of Dr. Doom.
