Just wondering what sort of campaigns you'd like to see here. The Gang Wars will always take precedent, but I'm interested in starting a campaign that will move rather slow, so it shouldn't derail anything. My questions are these.... 1. Which characters would you like to roleplay? They can be from Marvel or DC, they can be cosmic or street level vigilantes or villains... name me some names of who you'd like to roleplay and why. 2. What sort of campaign would you like to have running secondary to Dead Sidekick's? Low Level? High Level? Cosmic? Fantasy? Post- Apocalyptic? Multidimensional? Tell me why to help me understand ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) I've done a little work on an Exiles/Weapon X style campaign that would have the groups take part in some of our favorite comic runs. The campaign to be changed easily to reflect the opinions of the membership in answering the above questions. Peace!

I have a minute to post, so i'll post what I can since no one has posted yet ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) I don't have names right now, but they would more than likely be between street level- continental(mid way)- level heroes. I'll update later who and why I want to play some heroes and villans. As far as a campagin type, I love low-levels. The dirt-levels. Being underdogs in something I always love; the struggle to get through something you shouldn't be able to do unless you cooperate with the team. That, combined with a post-apocalyptic situation might be good. Thats just my two cents though. Thats all I got for now. Rin out.

No worries, Rin... Street level to cosmic MSH; you'll always be the underdog, lol. When my old group played 'Cosmic Cubed' (a cosmic level adventure using larger than life heroes like Thor and the Silver Surfer) we felt like underdogs (AKA punching bags) the whole adventure! Thanks for your input! Mid-level characters, street level campaign. Hmmm, sounds an awful lot like the campaign DSk is already running! Who wouldn't want more? Any chance you can start cloning yourself, DSk? Obviously, any campaign I ran would not be of the same calibre as our Main Campaign. With practice, though, I will get better! I've heard a few character suggestions from some of you before like Ghost Rider and Lobo (no, I haven't forgotten bro and one day I will find a way to get your character some fraggin' action!). Still wanna hear everyone's thoughts. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) TasK

Id like to play these Characters: Lobo - Played him before and like to play him again. As we discussed he could be street to cosmic (best for something inbetween). He is a fun character to play, and can shake things up a bit. Superman - Im a big Superman fan and wanna finnally try to roleplay him. Deathstroke the Terminator - Played him before, he is an awesome villian, and Id give the heroes a real challenge. Silver Surfer - A very interesting character, who is always conflicted and philosophising. Would be a real challenge. Spiderman - Just like to take a crack at him. Big fan of his. Wolverine - Complex character, that would be a great challenge. Lobo the Duck - Just for fun ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) . Id play him if we ever do a malgam campaign. Alf - Why not? No Problem! (was in Marvel Comics back in the day)

Spider-Man is fun to play.... his specialized Danger-Sense gives him initiative bonuses, AND he can dodge and move his full range and ATTACK all in the same round, while talking trash. What's not to love? I'm good with super-heroing at any level. The Gang Wars game is mostly street level, but... well, Nightmare is a cosmic entity, LOL. The campaign has gotten so much bigger than the module. To me, that's a good thing, as we explore both world as the characters playing in it. But... there willl be cruel reminders of the gangland street violence sort coming soon. People forget the After Midnight module has Sentinels and Project: Wideawake in later chapters.... I'm building up to that, slowly. ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) As for pre-generated characters I like playing, in no particular order: Batman (obviously) Firestorm (Ronnie Raymond / Martin Stein original) The Punisher Blue Devil Puck (of Alpha Flight fame) Dr. Strange Ghost Rider 2099 Blade and oodles others.... But... we'd also have the opportunity make an original new character as well, I hope. I'd love to play some of my tabletop creations that are gathering dust.

I'd certainly be interested in another game. I'll think of a list of existing characters that I'd be interested in in another post. Power level isn't a big deal, so whatever the majority goes for!
Okay, here's a short list of established characters that interest me:
Machine Man / X-51 Hellstrom American Eagle Forge Shang-Chi USAgent Beta Ray Bill Hulk Marvel Boy Detective Chimp Xombi
A pretty motley crew there!

My favorite level is street level campaigns. I might be game for something else as a side thing though if time permits me. (That's tough a lot of the time. Keeping up with one campaign has even been hard at times due to travel for work.)
I'm usually more a fan playing of home brew characters over established characters. That way I don't have to worry about whether I've kept up with their histories or personality quirks, and there is no second guessing about playing the character "right". I don't mind interacting with established characters at all though.
Just to let you know how street I like, some campaign spinoffs for Gang Wars I would enjoy:
The Homeless Fight Back: After their local homeless shelter has been attacked, shot up, put to sleep, and threatened, a group of homeless living in the shelter decide to fight back against the gangs and criminals of the city. No powers, no fancy equipment, just a drive and determination to not be the victims of the war raging in the city.
Neighborhood Watch: Concerned citizens patrol the neighborhood taking on kick dealers, gang members, and other threats to the community.
Police, Fire, or EMT group: For some normal people its their job to get in the middle of situations that are over their head. Police called in to take down a kick junky who now has super powers? The fire department has to respond to an exploding warehouse, perhaps with a still operational killer robot? EMT's try to rescue people from massive car crashes as blocks of people fall asleep.
Basically, get a big look at what happens to the "normal people" and how the war effects them. Perhaps they pick up some discarded weapons or equipment (maybe discarded by the main group) but overall, it's normal people just trying to fight the good fight. Good or less stats (with poor to typical being the norm) mixed with a few talents, and off they all go.
This might also be a way to play out the messes that the heroes leave behind them.

That's exactly the theme I was thinking!!! Except...with kick junkie mutant powers taking on our under-armed vigilantes.
