--Body Armor: In40 vs. physical and Ex20 vs. energy. Landlord's entire body his made up of In40 Material rank earth and as such enjoys Mn75 resistance to poisons, toxins and diseases.
--Earth Control: Mn75 Landlord can manipulate natural or semi-natural mineral items. Landlord has a 7 area range with this power . This Power is limited to
naturally occurring materials (dirt, rock, stone), or semi-natural materials that are of consistent nature (concrete, asphalt, and glass). Radically altered items such as steel alloys and artificially constructed mechanisms (including computers, guns. and vehicles), and living or once living things (rubber, wood. or flesh) are beyond the scope of this Power. The Earth Control Power allows Landlord to manipulate an amount of material up to the his Power rank of Mn75 taken as Strength in every round. The material may be used as a weapon (inflicting material strength damage), or shield (of material strength).

---- Earthquake-type attack (All targets in a given area. damage equal to Landlord's Mn75 Power rank).
---- Create "earth beings" of stone or rock, with physical abilities whose rank number sum does not exceed the Landlord's Mn75 Power rank number, with Body Armor of material strength rank.
---- Transportation (creating a wave of earth that moves, carrying Landlord along) of Mn75 rank Speed (9 areas per round or 135 miles per hour).
---- Levitation (building a pillar of earth beneath Landlord).
---- Entrapment(opening the earth beneath an opponent's feet, or wrapping stone around them).
---- Landlord may heal up to Mn75 damage once a day to his rock-like body and may even re-grow lost limbs with Mn75 ability.
-- Earth Link: As long as Landlord is touching soil he is considered to have Un100 Recovery and Mn75 Regeneration.
--Landlord enjoys Am50 tracking ability as long as his prey has passed over earth. Landlord's tracking drops to Ex20 over steel alloys (he can still sense traces of earth) and is non-existent when tracking a flying or teleporting character.
