"AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! You son of a b!tch you shot me! You f@cking shot me! You shot off my ##$%#$%# hand! AHHHH!" The street surgeon howls in pain, nearly going into shock as he cradles his mostly missing hand. He crawls on the frost-covered floor, making a grab for the dropped syringe of Kick and planning to lunge and stab Vendetta with it in a last ditch effort of revenge. [attack=339254368877837] [attacking at -2CS, spending his tiny Karma for success...] Vendetta sidesteps the doc, and then attempts a "double axechop" at his back, still holding both guns. /ooc let me know if i need to roll for two actions ooc/

ooc: we really need to tighten the adherence to rules here. Everyone's rolls are fine as is, I'll take them in order. Your first roll is your initiative roll, you second roll is your action FEAT. Which means the thug's roll was his initiative. Here's his FEAT roll:
[attack=986145221233071]
Anyone one else piling on the doc that hasn't spoken up yet, give me an initiative roll then a seperate post with their FEAT roll.
I'll figure out who acted first after everyone has a chance to declare actions.
Vendetta... no need for a double action. Looks like you'll have a sucessful evade for attack bonuses next round.

OOC: not taking any action against the Doc, just trying to keep Windchill calm and stable and waiting to get the syringe.

Hearing the police radio, Shockwave knows he must get to action quickly. Great. Just what we need. Looks like we are going to have company. Shockwave begins flying in the direction of the police vehicle to land nearby. "Wait for that backup. I don't think this is a simple breaking and entering. I belive there is mutant involvement, and this may be connected to the recent gang violence."

ooc: On Shockwave's perspective, it wasn't immediately clear if he went inside the doctor's brownstone apartment. Here's events from Shockwave's perspective for clarity's sake:
Upon arrival at the doctor's place, Vendetta armed himself with weapons from his bike before shooting and kicking in the front door. Elixir got off the bike and in titanium form kicked in the back door, and was followed in by Solo, Flashdance and Spellbound, who had suddenly appeared from one of Spellbound's gateway portals near Vendetta's bike.
Shockwave hears a gunshot and screams of pain from within the apartment. The gunshot itself is identified by Shockwave's suit computer as having the same acoustical forensics signature as Vendetta's gun used to blast off the lock on the front door, the screams of pain sound like the voice of the doctor in Spellbound's scrying spell presentation of Windchill's perspective. Curiously, Shockwave's suit computer didn't "hear" that illusory presentation (ooc: it was a magical empathy effect, inscribing Windchill's sensory experiences directly into the minds of everyone).
Shockwave then hears the policeman's report and the radio response from headquarters. There is no squad car around, he's a beat cop on foot patrol who ran upon the scene in response to the sound of the first gunshot (the one Vendetta blasted through the front door lock). The policeman is cautiously approaching the front entrance of the apartment with his gun drawn when Shockwave flies down to talk to him.
ooc: Waiting to see if Flashdance and / or Spellbound has anything to add to the actions inside the apartment before proceeding.

Shockwave - [Initiative = 9, talking to cop]
Shockwave flies down and lands near the approaching cop, saying "Wait for that backup. I don't think this is a simple breaking and entering. I belive there is mutant involvement, and this may be connected to the recent gang violence."
The cop never stops running towards the front door, only marginally distracted by Shockwave (because he sees two armed men, Vendetta and Solo, assaulting another man screaming in agony in the room beyond the kicked-in front door.)
The cop says to Shockwave "Step aside, Sparky."
He mutters "Damned mutie Kick junkies" as he rushes to the front door and yells...
"FREEZE!! DROP YOUR WEAPONS OR I'LL DROP YOU! DO IT NOW!!" Vendetta - [Initiative = 7, Evasion FEAT 92% Yellow Result "Full Evasion +1CS to Fighting against thug doctor next round"]
Vendetta turns away from the pitiful screams of the thug doctor he just callously maimed for life and starts to move towards covering the front door. Vendetta sees a beat cop on the sidewalk with his gun drawn and running towards the open and kicked in front door. The cop is startled a bit and hesitates his pace as Shockwave lands on the sidewalk near him. Vendetta cannot hear what Shockwave is saying to him over the wailing agony of the now one-handed thug doctor. Vendetta turns to look back in the front room of the apartment just in time to see the wounded doctor scampers to grab the dropped syringe and make a pathetic lunge at Vendetta with it. Vendetta easily sidesteps the swipe, and quickly assesses a way to really hurt this punk more before he gets stupid. Solo steps on the thug's forearm and yanks the syringe out of his remaining hand. Elixir continues tending to his friend the ice sculpture and suddenly from behind, at the doorway, the cop yells
"FREEZE!! DROP YOUR WEAPONS OR I'LL DROP YOU! DO IT NOW!!"
Thug Doctor - [Initiative = 4, Attack FEAT 30% +22 Karma = 52% White Result "Miss" (Vendetta would have evaded a hit regardless)
"AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! You son of a b!tch you shot me! You f@cking shot me! You shot off my ##$%#$%# hand! AHHHH! Die you bast.."
The paramedic school dropout turned unlicensed medic screams in agony, shock, and anger at Vendetta. He writhes forward, grabs the dropped syringe, then springs at Vendetta, stabbing only air as Vendetta sidesteps him. Then Solo's boot comes down hard on his forearm, and Solo wrenches the syringe out of his hand.
Solo - [Initiative = 3, Grab 69% Green Result, "Take" (Solo now has possession of the Kick-filled syringe)]
Witnessing this man who called himself Vendetta kick in the front door and quickly subdue this pathetic worm of a medic was a decent enough display of basic FIBUA training. The guy's obviously militarily trained, raw Army, but likely Marines. But then he blew the poor bastard's hand off. Cruel, brutal, but undisciplined. Though Solo was accustomed to teleporting out of nowhere, quickly distinguishing targets from innocents and taking the targets out with a double-tap and exfiltrating with a teleport, he always fell back on his advanced Special Forces training. Vendetta, without securing the premises, now has a scalded dog of a gunshot victim alerting God and creation, and two spent rounds, no kills. Ears ringing from gunplay and a noisemaker writhing on the floor. Vendetta is a loose cannon. The kind of Rambo that gets a squad killed. Unprofessional, and now turning his back on a live target. Too high-strung. Sloppy too.
Solo stomps on the thug doctor's arm and wrenches the syringe out of his hand before he tries to stab Vendetta with it again. Solo almost instinctively yells "Clear!" to signify to the team that the room was secure like in the old days when a cop rushes to the kicked-in front door, gun drawn and yelling...
""FREEZE!! DROP YOUR WEAPONS OR I'LL DROP YOU! DO IT NOW!!"
Beat Cop [Initiative= 1, runs to door with gun drawn pointing at Vendetta and yelling]
The Bronx beat cop had heard Vendetta's shot through the front door lock, and while running to investigate he heard another shot. Arriving at the brownstone, he saw the door kicked in and what appeared to him to be a struggle. He dismisses Shockwave as a distraction when he sees Vendetta with guns in each hand inside the apartment and a heavily armed Solo also in there, assaulting a man who is bleeding profusely and screaming.
He yells "FREEZE!! DROP YOUR WEAPONS OR I'LL DROP YOU! DO IT NOW!!" as he points his service revolver at Vendetta.

Shockwave sighs under his armored helm, although it is unlikely it is heard over the screaming, yelling, and gunfire. Great, the new guy is even more trigger happy than solo. At least he didn't shoot the guy in the head, and at least it wasn't the cop...yet. Now this is a dilemma. I'm not sure what started the shooting in here... so I'm not quite sure who the bad guy is. Only one I'm reasonably sure is a good guy is the cop. I guess protecting him is first priority.
Shockwave takes a position where he can put up a sonic field to try and repulse any gunfire aimed at the cop, hoping he doesn't have to take things further than that and that Vendetta and Solo will surrender peacefully so everything can be worked out.

Vendetta sighs inwardly, then he slooooowly steps into full view of the cop, while he lets both guns dangle upside down as he lowers both arms towards the ground.

Windchill's limbs freeze up more solid and break off, falling to the floor and shattering as he cries out in anguish. The dynamo of frosty winds still visibly spin within his transluscent and hollow head and torso. Stunted arms and legs made of ice start to grow back to replace the ones that fell off, but they are even less solid, more mushy and like wet snow.
Windchill panics. "I.... I can't hold myself together!"
