"Uh-oh", Flashdance thinks to himself -
"Oldschool's down. Guess I got to fill in as the team's heavy hitter. Just wish I had his tough skin - if a wallop from these guys can knock him out - and what the heck happened to his skin anyway?!?"
"Ah Well, time to kick some Robobutt"
Not wanting to get shocked, Flashdance is going to look for anything (no matter how silly it may look) to bash one of the dreadnaughts with; which ever one is closest

Elixir will drain the power supply of the lame Dreadnaught.

Satisfied that his prior targeted robot is stuck face down in a block of ice as strong as reinforced concrete, Windchill moves to target the Dreadnought with the damaged leg (#9) and flash freeze it in a duplicate block of ice....

"Time to go into deep freeze, Mr. Robo-ARRRRRGH!"
Windchill drops from the air to the ground, bleeding profusely from a spike jutting out of his abdomen.
"I'm hit! I'm hit! Oh God AHHHHRGH! Die you bastard!"

![](http://i86.photobucket.com/albums/k117/fallenacherion/FlashdanceAvatar.jpg) Flashdance calls out, "Brawling droids, LET'S DANCE!" He easily lifted the large garbage dumpster he was using for cover, and leapt high in the air with it, arcing towards landing upon one of the remaining Dreadnought robots and trapping it inside the dumpster. Shockwave had wanted to try to take as much of them intact, and FD and Elixir had just turned one-third of the robot spare parts supply into a burning incendiary device that should be appearing a few miles up in the atmosphere over the Atlantic Ocean shortly. "The rest of the spare part collection can fit in this dumpster," Flashdance mused to himself. Bits of trash curled through the air, trailing from the dumpster as FD flipped in the air, vaulting to have the dumpster land upside down to contain the blinded Dreadnought with himself on top of the upside-down dumpster and ready to spring off towards the other robots remaining. Flashdance loved it when the Paladin Institute put him through training exercises with robotic targets. No, they didn't always simulate human targets very well, but they did afford Flashdance the opportunity to roughhouse at full strength shock trooper rowdiness. And Flashdance liked rowdy. Back at the homeless shelter...
Spellbound emits a glowing white light from her hands, and the unconcious Solo's bruises and burns begin to fade. [Solo's health is healed back to 62 of 110]
As she rejuvenates his battered body, Spellbound notices the locket bearing the sigil of the warlock Bartholomew Jacobs that Solo is wearing begins to glow with an eerie light Solo awakens, startled that the woman standing over him with glowing hands was just speaking with him at the scene of the battle at the Port Authority. He's in a dingy warehouse that seems to have been converted into a homeless shelter, laying on his back atop a cafeteria-style table. Whatever that light is, it is accelerating the healing of his wounds and soothing the pain as well.
Solo remembers that some of the heroes at the dock battle were there in Central Park when he took down the driveby shooter and begain dispatching the gang members that the driveby shooter was shooting. And he tossed a flashbang in a cop's face. He's being actively hunted for by the police, yet this cape is helping him, even healing him. She's wearing Balkan gypsy amulets and charms, and called herself Spellbound. She had said she wanted to to go somewhere safe to talk. Doesn't seem hostile at all, and given the quickness of suddenly waking here, he could well have awoken in a jail cell.
Solo notices the locket around his neck is glowing as Spellbound's healing light passes over him. It is in the place of the locket Rowena Maclean placed around his neck in real life and many nightmares since, but the locket is not the same. It looks much older and is engraved with with odd markings. Whatever it is, it physically came out of that strange hallucination with the purple gas at the warehouse, just like the odd sheathing layer upon him formed buy a replica of his old Omega Strike uniform that was currently molting off of his regular Solo costume. Bits of cloth of this Omega Strike uniform flaked off, crumblling to a fine dust, but the majority of the strange layer remains intact.
Gas that induces fear and brings thoughts into reality somehow? Silver Sable was right to send him and Deadpool to destroy those weapons of terrorism.
=====
At the Port Authority docks battle scene
"Error. Optical sensors destroyed. RFID tag of crate located, retrieving..." *REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENG!".
The blinded Dreadnought (#10) reaches the crate it dropped, and as it squats to pick it up, Shockwave extends a sonic force field around it, preventing it from standing up with the crate. Then suddenly, Flashdance drops out of the air from a leap with a steel trash dumpster, which he slams upside-down upon the robot, trapping it inside. Shockwave's force field containment was making the metal of the dumpster ring but also holding it fast on the ground for the moment. Flashdance shoots a grin at Shockwave and prepares to leap at the next Dreadnought...
=====
The limping Dreadnought (#9) launches a spike that nails Windchill in the abdomen. Windchill drops to the ground, writhing in pain as blood gushes from the wound. He fires a spiteful, unaimed blast of cryokinetic energy attempting to encase the robot, but misses.
"Target hit. Moving to terminate." the Dreadnought (#9) says as it limps towards Windchill.
Elixir steps up and concentrates on causing the Dreadnought's batteries to discharge.
Sparks dance over the skin of the Dreadnought as its electrocuting armor is suddenly boosted by a battery expending its power, all at once.
"Warning. Recharge cycle needed in one hour. Warning recharge cycle needed in 4 minutes. Warnnnnnn.." The Dreadnought slumps over, completely out of juice.
=======
Oldschool remains stunned [but heals back 3 more Health] Of the three remaining Dreadnoughts, one is completely drained of power, one is trapped in a block of ice, the last one trapped inside a dumpster mildly reinforced by a sonic force field. Windchill is in a bad way. If he pulls that spike out of his abdomen he'll hurt himself worse.
[ooc: this batlle is near over. Dreadnought on ice and one in the dumpster are still threats while powered up.]

"Chemistry guy? Think you can do that again to the other two? That seems to have worked wonders on the first one. Then we can stack them all in the dumpster, and figure out what to do with them before company shows up."
